  • How do I know if therapy with you is right for me?

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself, it’s a good sign you're ready for support. Therapy with me is about helping you reconnect with who you are and create the life you want. We’ll move at your pace.

  • What happens in the first session?

The first session is really about understanding you. We’ll talk about what’s going on in your life, what you’re hoping for, and what you need most. No pressure. Just a safe space to start your story.

  • How long will therapy take?

It’s different for everyone. Some clients start feeling a shift in just a few sessions. Others stay longer to work through deeper stuff. You get to decide what feels right. I’ll be here as long as you need.

  • What if I’m nervous to open up?

That’s completely normal. We don’t rush anything. We build trust first. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and we’ll move forward together, one small step at a time.

  • I’ve been through therapy before and didn’t feel heard. How is this different?

I really listen. Therapy isn’t about checking boxes, it’s about connection. I see you as the expert of your life. I’m here to walk with you, not to fix you.

  • Do you include faith or spirituality if it’s important to me?

Absolutely. If your faith or spiritual practice matters to you, it matters in our work too. I’ll always honor what feels true and supportive for you.

  • What if I can’t handle digging up the past right now?

You’re in charge of the pace. Healing doesn’t have to mean reliving everything. We’ll focus on what feels safe and helpful for where you are right now.

  • Will I get real practical tools?

Yes. You’ll learn simple, real-life tools to manage anxiety, set boundaries, regulate emotions, and feel more like yourself again. We focus on what works for you, not just theories.
